Clubhouse now open!

]]> The brand new 7000 square foot clubhouse recently opened at the community. The clubhouse houses a fitness center, multi-purpose meeting rooms, a catering kitchen and a spacious back porch that overlooks a beach entry pool.

The community now offers five floorplans that are cottage style maintenance-free homes. The price range is from the $160’s to the $270’s.
